Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga

A dynamic flowing form of Yoga or a more static and strengthening Yoga style strengthens your body, muscles and mind. In both Yoga styles, the exercises are synchronized with breathing. In both Yoga classes, the asanas are shown with varying degrees of difficulty in a group class or individual instruction, so that everyone can reach their limits, without overwhelming themselves. Therefore, both classes are basically suitable for everyone - beginners and advanced - at any age. Just come by and try it out.

Yoga for Kids

Dynamic flows and strengthening Yoga positions as well as relaxation exercises are practiced with the children in a playful way by using animals and integrating them into stories. The children are encouraged to be themselves and can find peace through breathing exercises. Yoga for Kids is all about fun and imagination.

The Kids' motor skills, flexibility and own body awareness improve. Yoga for Kids can help children concentrate better and deal with their own emotions. It is important that children learn to be self-confident, to love themselves and to know that they are perfect as they are.

Yoga Personal Training

In a one-on-one class, I focus completely on you and adapt the class to your individual needs. This way you will practice yoga more intensively and develop your practice further. We will also work on discomforts and weak points.
